To ensure that our building is accessible to all our patients we are situated on one level, we have accessible parking and wide automatic doors, accessible bathrooms with changing facilities, easy read signs and an induction loop at reception.

- We have a few parking spaces at the front of the practice.
- Please ensure you park within the markings of the parking spaces.
- Please leave the disabled bay free for those patients who are authorised to use it.
- There are more parking spaces to the side of the practice, next to the One Stop Shop.
- Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any cars parked in either car park, so please ensure you do not leave any valuables in your car.

Enhanced Access
The practice is a member of Gorton and Levenshulme Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN offers appointments on weekday evenings from 6:30pm to 8pm and on Saturday mornings.
The PCN works with Central Manchester Networks to provide these appointments. The appointments are available at 3 practices in the PCN.

The appointment may be with a doctor you have not seen before. The doctor will have access to your medical record. We will receive details of your appointment.

Life Threatening

- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
